Simulation (CAE)
The range of services we offer when it comes to simulation includes both linear and non-linear calculation; we also use analytical verification procedures. Both individual parts and also complete components made of different materials are analysed and optimized with regard to their structural and mechanical properties.

Our aim is always to minimize the manufacturing costs of a part through optimization processes, while at the same time reducing both development costs and development times (time to market).

Simulations of part behaviour provide important information in advance for the design and optimization of the part; complex test series can thus be reduced considerably or even completely avoided. Simulation works in close cooperation with design and production in order to obtain optimum final results (concurrent engineering).
